RobinYoung & Company proudly announces that a valued member of our team, Thomas Mitchell Oliver Parrott, “Top,” has been accepted to Officer Candidate School for the United States Marine Corps.
Top has worked as an intern with our firm since his graduation from Texas State University. He is committed to returning to RobinYoung & Company as a structure settlement consultant upon completion of Marine Officer Candidate School and The Basic School at Quantico, Virginia, at which time he will continue his service in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
From a young age, Top’s life mission has been to serve, and to be a United States Marine. He grew up hearing stories about his grandfather, Robert Luther Parrott, who was with the 2nd Battalion, 28th Marines, 5th Marine Division, Foxtrot Company on the island of Iwo Jima and was the recipient of the Silver Star and Navy Cross. His grandfather, Thomas Mitchell Oliver, proudly served in the United States Army and his dad, Robert Parrott, is an equally proud veteran of the United States Air Force. Top and his family are proud he will continue his family’s tradition of service.
Please join our company in supporting Top’s mission and service as he departs early January, 2017.
